Q. Will I get mailings from your company?
A. A. No, spam is not comfortable for the majority of members. You will not get any unsolicited mailings from us.
Q. I haven’t seen any advertising. Are there any pop-ups?
A. No, this site does not use advertising, pop-ups or banners of any kind.
Q. How long will my pictures be allowed to be kept in storage here?
A. Indefinitely, lifetime. You will never loose your pictures, unless you delete any yourself.
Q. Are my account image files for anyone else’s viewing?
A. No, your images are private until you share them. Our server is 100% safe and secure.
Q. What is your policy on adult images?
A. We do not and will not support any adult images on our site. Any adult picture uploaded will result in the account’s removal! We are firm on this issue.
Q. What type of files can I host?
A. You can host JPG, GIF and PNG files. If you need support for other file types please contact us and we may be able to add support for them. We Support : .Jpg , .Jpeg , .Png , .Gif (Coming Soon .Bmp and .TTF)
Q. How can I upload full size images?
A. Before uploading any images, choose the size that you wish for your uploaded images in the boxes provided. Full Size is one of those options.
Q. How many folders can I have?
A. You can have an unlimitted (unlimited) amount of folders with unlimitted (unlimited) images within a folder. To keep your images as organized as possible, try not to put to many images into one folder.
Q. How can I upload full size images?

Q. Why do my images still take so long to upload? How can I make my images upload faster?
A. If your images are large, scale them down in size with an image editing program before you upload them.
Q. I selected Low Quality when I uploaded my images.
A. When you upload a new image it gets uploaded to our servers just like it is on your computer. The quality is set when you or someone else views the image. (I don’t understand what this statement means. Will the low quality get better each time the image is viewed?) If you want your images to upload to our servers faster, you may want to scale them down in width and height before you upload them. (This has nothing to do with this topic and is addressed in another comment.)
Q. Why are my images renamed?
A. If your filenames on your images are too long, they are shortened when uploading them. If you have already uploaded a file with the same name as the one you are currently uploading, we assign a 4 digit number to the beginning of your file so that you don't over-write the file that you uploaded before.
Q. How can I unsubscribe to close my account?
A. You can easily unsubscribe to close your account by going to Account/Preferences and clicking the Unsubscribe button. It will then be closed with us and your images will no longer be hosted at this site.
